Sticking to the one pot camping meals using cast iron camp ovens (or just a saucepan, if that's all you've got) this is another amazing recipe and what makes it better is that it's just so simple and cheap. I also make it a home - I  guess it's just a general all-round-little-ripper. Apricot Chicken Ingredients: 1 Pkt French Onion Soup Mix (any brand will do) 1 Tin Apricots in Syrup (if use a large tin if you are feeding an army) Chicken - either left overs, fresh or BBQ'd - your choice Salt & Pepper *** if you want you can also turn this into a sweet curry version, like Mango Chicken Curry, only this one is Apricot Chicken Curry by adding curry powder to taste.
